Regarding the ＂Anonymous Broadcast System＂ Clarification

The operations team has been closely monitoring player feedback and concerns regarding the "Anonymous Broadcast System" released today.

 

We fully understand that some players are concerned the anonymity feature could be exploited by malicious actors for fraud, violations, or other inappropriate uses. We place the utmost importance on game security and player experience, which everyone holds dear, and would like to provide further clarification.

 

Design Intent Behind "Anonymous Broadcast"

 

The Anonymous Broadcast feature was primarily designed considering the gaming culture and user habits across different regions.

 

Some players place a high value on personal privacy in-game. Even when acquiring rare items or reaching special achievements, they may not necessarily want this information displayed publicly on the server-wide channel, avoiding unwanted attention from strangers, private messages, or additional social pressure.

 

Therefore, the team introduced the option for Anonymous Mode, aiming to allow players to enjoy game content while maintaining a more comfortable personal space.

 

Anonymous Display Does Not Affect Backend Logs or Violation Checks

 

Please rest assured that "Anonymous Display" only applies to public information presented on the client side. It does not mean relevant records are hidden or erased.

 

All system broadcasts retain complete backend log records, including actual account IDs, character information, timestamps, and relevant system data.

 

Thus, even if a player chooses to broadcast anonymously, the team can still verify and take action based on backend logs should any fraud, prohibited operations, or improper conduct occur. The anonymity feature will never serve as a way to evade investigation.

The operations team will continue to monitor actual usage and evaluate and optimize related functions based on player feedback and the overall game environment.
